NOTE: ALL PAYMENTS MADE UNDER ANY CATEGORIES ABOVE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Processing Fee:

Myadmissionlink ensures comprehensive guidance, consultation, and information provision before clients pay for services such as admission processing, visa processing, one-on-one consultations, and related services however payments made for these purposes are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

Application Fees:

Submitting applications to universities or colleges in destination countries often incurs varying application fees set by institutions. Myadmissionlink communicates this information to clients. Payments made for this purpose are non-retrievable and non-refundable.

Tuition Deposit:

It is important to note that institutions only refund tuition deposits in the event of a visa denial on valid grounds. Additionally, institutions frequently levy non-refundable administrative charges. Myadmissionlink does not control partner institutions' refund policies and will act solely based on their instructions. This implies that depending on the institution refund policy and time line, Myadmissionlink shall not be liable to any Prospective Clients/Clients and/or users of its services for any Tuition deposit made to any institution as the institution refund policy is strictly between the Depositor and the intended and/or concerned institution.

Visa Application Fee:

All fees associated with visa applications for destination countries are non-refundable.

Refund Regarding Tuition Deposits and UK IHS Paid by Myadmissionlink to Partner Institutions on Behalf of Clients:

Should partner institutions issue a refund, Myadmissionlink will only refund the actual amount and currency received in our company's account, deducting bank charges and applicable administrative expenses of 2% of total amount. Kindly note that refund will be done in Naira and at prevailing exchange rate at the time of transactions.

Refund on Admission, Visa, and Study Loan Applications Outcome:

Myadmissionlink does not have the power and cannot influence the outcomes of admission, visa, or study loan applications submitted by Clients and therefore shall not liable for refunding the processing fee received for these services.

NOTE: THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS REFUND POLICY ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE AND/OR AMENDABLE BY ANY CLIENT(S) FOR ANY REASON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
